Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We take 1–2 business days to process your order and then it takes 3–5 business days for delivery. So from the day you order to the day it arrives, expect around 4–7 business days.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Nothing. Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase amount and no shipping charges will be added at checkout.

Q: Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
A: No. We only offer free standard ground shipping right now. There is no faster shipping option available.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
A: No. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please make sure you enter a physical street address when you place your order.
Q: Where do orders ship from?
A: Yes. As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Q: My package was lost in shipping. What should I do?
A: Email us at support@smartbookdeal.com or call us at (617) 385-3847 with your order number. We will send you a replacement right away at no cost. You do not need to file any claims or wait for an investigation.
Q: My book arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: Contact us with your order number and we will ship a new copy to you at no charge. If the damage happened during shipping, that is on us to fix.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
A: Contact us as soon as you can. If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it is already on the way, we may not be able to make changes.
Q: How do I return a book?
A: Email us at support@smartbookdeal.com or call us at (617) 385-3847. Tell us your order number and why you want to return it. Do not send anything back before contacting us. Once we approve the return, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Q: You sent me the wrong book. Now what?
A: That is our mistake and we will fix it. Contact us and we will ship the correct book to you right away at no cost. We will also send you a prepaid label to return the wrong book. You will not pay a single penny for our error.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: After we receive your returned book and check its condition, we process the refund within 7 business days. Once processed, it may take a few more business days to show up in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Q: Can I return a book after 30 days?
A: No. We can only accept returns requested within 30 days from the date of delivery. After that, we are unable to process a return or refund.
Q: Do you sell ebooks or digital products?
A: No. We only sell physical books. We do not sell ebooks, PDFs, or any kind of digital downloads.
