This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery for all orders placed on SmartBookDeal.com.

Shipping Cost

All orders ship for free. We offer free standard shipping across the United States with no minimum order amount. No shipping fees will be added at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. During this time, we verify your order, pack your book securely, and hand it off to the shipping carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days through standard ground shipping. Your total estimated time from order to delivery is 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier conditions during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Method

We offer standard ground shipping only. Express, expedited, and overnight shipping options are not available at this time.

Delivery Area

We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Make sure your shipping address is a physical street address so we can deliver your order without issues.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. You can use this tracking number to check your delivery status at any time.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order more than one book and any item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, we will ship the available items first so you receive them on time. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional shipping cost to you.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery is attempted but unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will reship your order at no extra cost. We may reach out to you to confirm or update your shipping address before reshipping.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost during shipping or arrives damaged due to transit, contact us with your order number. We will ship a replacement to you right away at no cost. You do not need to wait for an investigation or claim process on your end.
