2. Eligibility

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

All books sold on SmartBookDeal.com are brand new and in publisher-original condition. We sell physical books only. We do not sell ebooks, digital downloads, PDFs, or any other digital products.

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, titles, editions, ISBNs, and images on our website. However, slight variations in cover design or packaging may occur due to publisher updates. If there is a meaningful difference between what you ordered and what you received, please contact us and we will resolve it.

4. Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you. You will not be charged for a cancelled order, and if payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and other available options. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Your order will not ship until payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order amount required.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of purchase.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time. A physical street address within the United States is required for all orders.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Books must be in original, unused condition — unread, unmarked, undamaged, and with all packaging intact.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Books that have been read, written in, highlighted, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a full return. A partial refund may be offered depending on the condition of the book.

Exchanges are available for different titles or editions within the same 30-day window and return conditions.

If we ship the wrong book, we will send the correct one at no cost and provide a prepaid label to return the wrong book.

8. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed or shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our return policy.

9. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address provided by you, we will reship the order at no extra cost once we confirm the correct address with you, but repeated delivery failures due to incorrect information may result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Book cover images, titles, author names, and publisher information are displayed for the purpose of identifying and selling the products. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
