Our mailing address is also our returns address, but contact us first. Packages that arrive without an approved return request can't be processed or refunded, and we may not be able to identify who sent them.

What to Include in Your Message
You'll get a faster answer if your first message has everything we need:
For an order question or return:
- Your order number
- The title of the book, if it's about one item in a multi-item order
- What's wrong, in a sentence or two
- Photos, if the book arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered
For a book you can't find on the site:
- Title and author
- ISBN if you have it — this is the fastest way for us to find the exact edition
- Which edition or printing you need, if it matters for a course
For anything else: just tell us what's going on. We'll ask if we need more.
Common Questions, Answered Faster
Some things you can resolve without waiting on a reply:
"Where's my order?" Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you get that email, which is normal. See our Shipping Policy.
"How long will delivery take?" Orders ship within 1–2 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit.
"How do I return something?" Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid label. See our Refund & Return Policy.
"When will my refund arrive?" Typically 2–3 weeks from when you drop off the return, most of which is your bank posting the credit.
"Can I cancel my order?" Yes, free of charge within 24 hours, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email or call us with your order number.
"Can I change my shipping address?" Yes, any time before your order ships — usually a 1–2 business day window. Contact us immediately with the corrected address.
